We do not charge shipping costs

Delivery

In most cases we will ship your order with DHL. You will receive a track and trace code for your order as soon as the package is shipped.

Status of your order

Do you have a question about the status of your order? Then email your name and possibly the order number to  info@magicpillow.com . You can find the order number on the order confirmation that you received by e-mail.


As soon as your package has been registered for shipment, a track and trace code will be created, which we will send you by email. You can track the package with your order on the transport company's website (link is in the email).


If you are not at home, the carrier will deliver the package to the neighbors. If that is not possible, he or she will offer the package again at a later time. If it is not possible to deliver the package to you or your neighbors again, the delivery person will leave a card in your mailbox. With the code on this card you can indicate on the 'missed delivery person' web page on the DHL website when the delivery person can visit you again. You can also choose to have your package delivered to your neighbors, a DHL Parcelshop or DHL Parcelstation. If you do not make a choice, the package will be offered again the next day (up to a maximum of 4 times. Your order will then be returned to us) at your address.

Delivery time

If we receive your order on a working day before 5 p.m., we will ship it the same day. The package will usually be delivered to you within 24 hours.
